Color - Red (loose color witha age), White (gain color witha age), ... Fluency - Body of the wine (volume). Limpidity - Clear/cloudy, normal/abnormal color. Gas - Presence or lack of gas in the wine.

Codition: clean / Dirty; Intensity: weak; medium, strong; Growth: young, evolved, tired, oxidated; Aromatic Caractér: fruty, floral, vegetable, spicy, woody, smoky, animal, complex.

When you taste the wine in the mounth you have two types of sensations: 1- Taste: sweet, acidic, bitter, salty; 2- Tactile: causticity, astringency (tanines), viscosity, thermal sensations, pungent sensations.
