Fluency - Body of the wine (volume).
Limpidity - Clear/cloudy, normal/abnormal color.
Gas - Presence or lack of gas in the wine.
When you taste the wine in the mounth you have two types of sensations:
1- Taste: sweet, acidic, bitter, salty;
2- Tactile: causticity, astringency (tanines), viscosity, thermal sensations, pungent sensations.
